The First Year Feels

A Postpartum Therapy Group

A weekly space for new birthing parents to connect, reflect, and breathe (yes, babies welcome)

Exhausted?

Overwhelmed?

Googling “Is it normal for my baby’s poop to be this color?”

You’re in the right place.

That first year of motherhood is a wild, wonderful, and sometimes totally WTF ride. From sleep deprivation to identity shifts, lonely afternoons to leaky… everything—it’s a lot.

You don’t have to do it alone.

💛 This Group is a Place to:

  • ✔ Feel seen and supported

  • ✔ Connect with others who truly get it

  • ✔ Learn practical coping skills

  • ✔ Reconnect with you—the person behind the parent

Topics We’ll Cover:

  • The emotional rollercoaster of postpartum (hi, hormonal chaos)

  • Identity shifts and the “Who even am I now?” feeling

  • Guilt, worry, and Pinterest-perfect pressure

  • Finding connection—with others, with baby, and with yourself

  • Laughing, crying, and maybe peeing a little (we don’t judge)
