I’m here to walk with you through life's transitions, the moments of uncertainty, the relationships that feel overwhelming, and the identities you're still figuring out.
The people I partner with in healing often share that they feel safe, challenged, and understood in our work together. I’m not afraid to meet you in the hard places, but we’ll also find room for humor, hope, and real connection. Growth doesn't have to be perfect — it just has to be yours.

Individuals navigating transitions in identity, relationships, or parenthood
Couples working through conflict, communication, or life transitions
Clients in the perinatal phase (pregnancy, postpartum, loss, fertility challenges)
You might be wrestling with anxiety, relational struggles, big identity shifts, or the emotional difficulties of becoming a parent. Wherever you are, you don't have to navigate it alone.
I work best with clients who are open to reflection and curious about their own growth. Therapy with me is collaborative, not a one-size-fits-all, and never rushed.

My Approach
My therapy style is warm, real, and gently challenging.
I take an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Somatic practices
Narrative therapy
Nature-based work
Mindfulness and body-based tools
In our work together, I invite curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I believe that humor can be healing, that discomfort can be transformative, and that therapy can be both deep and light.

Services, Availability, & Insurance
🌿 Virtual Therapy:
Flexible availability for Individual and Couples therapy Monday–Thursday mornings, Thursday evenings, and Saturday mornings.
🌿 Walk & Talk Therapy:
Outdoor sessions Monday–Thursday mornings (9 AM–12 PM) at local hike/walk locations.
We'll always begin virtually to ensure it's the right fit for your goals and comfort.
🌿 Insurance:
I am able to accept the following insurances: Carelon (Gold Coast Medi-Cal), Aetna, Cigna, and United HealthCare (Optum)
