This group is ideal for birthing parents who are:

  • Holding onto unprocessed emotions from their birth

  • Feeling grief, guilt, confusion, or frustration about how things unfolded

  • Wanting to find meaning and connection in their experience

  • Seeking support in a compassionate and affirming space

  • ✍️ Guided writing prompts to explore your story

  • 💬 Group reflection and connection with other birthing parents

  • 🌺 Space and ceremony to share, honor, and reclaim your birth story

  • A supportive 6-week series held virtually via Zoom

  • Group size: 6–8 participants

  • Free 15-minute consult required to join

  • Investment: $360 total ($60/session)

  • 1–2 sliding scale spots available
