Individual Therapy
Heal at your pace.
Life can feel overwhelming, messy, or disconnected—especially when you’re carrying so much on your own. Therapy is your space to exhale, to sort through what’s heavy, and to begin building a life that feels more grounded, empowered, and true to who you are.
We offer individual therapy for adults navigating a wide range of experiences, from anxiety and burnout to trauma and life transitions. Whether you’re showing up with questions, pain, or hope—we’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and care.
What We Support
We work with clients navigating:
Anxiety, overwhelm, and high-functioning stress
Trauma (including developmental, relational, and complex trauma)
Perinatal and postpartum mental health
Grief, loss, and life transitions
Burnout, perfectionism, and identity shifts
Self-esteem and boundaries
Relationship struggles and attachment wounds
OCD and intrusive thoughts
Cultural identity and intergenerational patterns
Our Approach to Therapy
Our therapists are trained in evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities and tailor sessions to your needs. Depending on your goals, therapy may include:
EMDR or Brainspotting to process trauma and stuck emotional patterns
Mindfulness & somatic practices to reconnect with your body and regulate your nervous system
Attachment & inner child work to explore core beliefs and unmet needs
CBT & narrative therapy to reframe unhelpful thoughts and rewrite your story
Creative or reflective tools (e.g., art, metaphors, journaling) when helpful
Most importantly, therapy with us is relational, human, and real. We don’t expect you to be perfect, polished, or “ready.” You just need to be here.
What to Expect
A safe, judgment-free space to explore what matters to you
A therapist who listens deeply and gently challenges when it’s helpful
Collaborative goal-setting that evolves with your needs
Consistent support, humor when it fits, and space to feel whatever comes up
Sessions are offered virtually, with some in-person options depending on your location and therapist availability.
